On March
18, 2016, the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools denied
Bristol University’s application for renewal of its accreditation. On March 21,
2016, Bristol University filed a lawsuit against ACICS challenging the denial.
On March 22, 2016, the Court ordered ACICS to reinstate Bristol University’s
accreditation pending further litigation. Bristol University’s accreditation
renewal is currently in question.

Step 1:
- Complete the Admission Application online or obtained a soft copy of the application by contact us directly at admission@studymetro.com
- Pay $50 Application Fee. Students may pay in person or by phone.
- Fill in the I-20 Application which can be downloaded at I-20-Application and submit to the school by emailing/faxing/mailing.
- Submit Certified English translation OR Notarized Translation of your degree (high school degree for Bachelor program, Bachelor degree for Master program).
- Submit Certified English translation OR Notarized Translation transcript along with your OFFICIAL transcript.
- Submit English proof: TOEFL / IELTS score. The expected entry level is equivalent to 450 TOEFL PBT for Bachelor or 500 TOEFL PBT for Master degree.
- Submit Copy of Passport: of the student and any dependents traveling with him/her.
- Submit Copy of financial statement: Must be within 3 months of issuing. It could be a bank statement or a letter of account confirmation from the bank. Must have at least $12,000 on account for the student him/herself plus $4,000 for each extra dependent. Fill out form Affidavit of Support if someone else is sponsoring the student and have the form notarized.
Step 2:
- After the admission requirements are met, you will receive an Acceptance Letter and the school will send the Enrollment Agreement for you to sign
- Sign the enrollment agreement
- Pay I-20 processing fee of $100 (non-refundable).
Step 3:
The University will
issue an I-20. Make sure every information on your I-20 is correct. If there is
a mistake, please call or email us IMMEDIATELY to resolve the matter and
prevent any delay. It can usually take up to 7 business days for I-20 to be
processed and another possibly 5 days to ship to whichever country the student
is in.
